He has led AI transformation programs across life sciences, financial services, insurance, and manufacturing, advising C-suite leaders on strategy, implementation, and measurable outcomes. His work has spanned NLP-driven customer experience redesigns, scalable ML platforms, R&D data governance, and enterprise AI roadmaps for clients in pharma, healthcare, financial services, telecom, and CPG. Brad leads Thoughtive's strategic advisory practice, working directly with CIOs, CTOs, and chief data officers to design AI initiatives that deliver real business value.

Michael is a senior enterprise architect and technology strategist who has designed and delivered complex digital transformations across manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and financial services. He has served as chief architect and virtual CTO for organizations navigating cloud migration, AI-driven automation, DevOps governance, and enterprise data platform builds. His experience includes deep technical leadership across automotive, retail, medical, and hospitality industries, with expertise in translating business strategy into scalable, production-grade technology solutions. Michael leads Thoughtive's technical architecture and delivery, ensuring that AI solutions integrate cleanly into existing enterprise systems and actually work at scale.
